Our FAA DER's 34 years of experience in the aviation industry, Callahan
Aircraft Services, LLC offers competitive alternative for airlines and aircraft
owners seeking approval of aircraft modification and repair.  Our DER, Jim
Callahan has approved over 40,000 repairs during his career.  Like most
aircraft repairs, many repairs were minor, yet significant enough to require
approval.  For instance, even though a fastener or material substitution is
quick and easy it still needs to be approved. He was also a Boeing author and
instructor for the Structural Analysis for Engineering Liaison course providing
an engineering forum on detail structural analysis techniques for repair
purposes.

Callahan Aircraft Services, LLC network of engineers and drafters
supplement the DER enabling the DER to approve quality modifications in a
timely, low-cost manner.  Our business structure allows us to offer 24/7
engineering support.  We understand that any repair requiring approval in an
